Aaron and Brooke Lee started ABL Refrigeration and Airconditioning Services in 2006. Like most fledging businesses, they identified a gap in the local market, took a big deep breath and launched headlong into their new business venture.
The name ABL is based on the first letters of Aaron, Brooke and Lee – pretty simple but effective. Which sums up the way in which the young couple approached their business. Keep it simple don’t over complicate things yet deliver an effective product with great service to support it.
Late in 2009, ABL outgrew the home-based business which had overtaken both the carport and the shed. The business took a major step forward when it relocated to their current premises at 11 Gordon Street, Bairnsdale. Very soon after, the first employee was hired, and the company was away and growing rapidly.
The success of ABL Refrigeration and Airconditioning Services is as simple as most good ideas are effective. Reliability. The product which Aaron Lee and his team supply, install and maintain is based around reliability. Fridges and cooling and air conditioning equipment often runs continuously 24/7 for years. It’s only when performance wanes or there is a complete breakdown that a customer will wonder what went wrong.
In this industry reliability apples not only to the equipment, but also the company that supports it. Reliability has become a habit at ABL. We value it just as much as our customers.
Outside of their near two-decade commitment to the business, ABL, Aaron and Brooke have a busy family life with their three children, Tyson, Ryan and Caleb.
Aaron has a strong sense of community being a veteran member of the Bairnsdale Volunteer Fire Brigade where he is currently Captain. He also enjoys dirt bike riding and hunting.
